For some reason we received our California Middle Class Tax Refund on a Debit card instead of Direct Deposit. Reading the fine print with row after row of charges I decided to get our money at an ATM which turned out to be located in U.S. Bank. I walked in expecting at best a so-so reception as I figured they must be tired of non-customers coming in only to take out money. Was I ever suprised. I was greeted with a smile and when I explained why I was there, the teller (Donna C.) walked me over to the ATM and explained the entire process, limitations, etc. She was great and it was obvious that she didn't care if I was a regular customer or not, she was going to provide...read full review
