I am surprised that this mortgage lender is still in business. In 2013, I refinanced my loan with this lender, and it was a nightmare. This lender was very nice in the beginning, but when the interest rate went up, it kept giving different excuses and asked for more unnecessary documents in an attempt to delay closing my loan or to frustrate me to cancel the loan. It finally agreed to close the loan after I threatened to take legal action. However, it made me start making payment one month earlier.
