My son (who is elementary school-aged) has been taking drumming lessons at Poway Music Academy with Emmanuel for a few years now, and we highly recommend music lessons here! Emmanuel teaches various instruments to both adults and children, and he is very kind and so great in teaching and encouraging my son during lessons. Wile Emmanuel will choose certain songs and beats for learning purposes, he also allows my son to choose songs he wants to learn, and Emmanuel will even write out the music for the song if he doesn't already have it. Great teaching staff and great results! Book with confidence! Music shapes young lives and adds color to all walks of life, both young and old. Convenient location and easy parking. Overall a great experience. Guitar teacher is great!!

My daughter has taken guitar lessons with Glenn for a few years now and really enjoys it. Glenn is a fantastic teacher who has a knack for helping my daughter improve without making her feel defensive. He is well-versed in a wide variety of music and musical styles and strikes a good balance between pushing her to try new styles and permitting her to do her own thing. I also appreciate the flexibility that Glenn has shown in teaching lessons over Zoom during COVID. Thanks, Glenn!
