The place was clean and looked new. Even the restrooms were very clean. I was concerned about the low stars this place had before my appt, but after the appointment I didn't understand why. Dr. Caparso was awesome. She was very kind and knowledgeable and knew exactly what actions to take next to help me. The best doctor I've ever had. The only complain I have is that I couldn't sign up for the patient portal. I tried and tried, but it would never find me in the system. I was told at the front desk that it would take 24 hours, but it's been longer than that and no luck yet.
Dr.Mould along with his assistant were great. They really listened to me and made sure I had the appropriate care. I am just establishing care here but look forward to my future visits.
A very good overall experience with Dr. Mould and his whole staff re Drs appt via video call on my cellular phone. Awesome procedure and a very comfortable appointment with Dr. Mould. Much recommended
