My first contact with the office of Heavenly Smiles was over the phone with an incredibly knowledgeable, caring, supportive get ‘er done lady by the name of Melinda! When Melinda learned that a prior dental office was not going to be able to release x-ray copies to me for 5-8 business days, Melinda made it happen; the Poway dental office emailed x-ray copies to me that day! Never knew going to the dentist would be something to look forward to! Dr Bita is always very professional and polite, and Melinda always has a great smile and great attitude to match ! She makes me feel special and welcomed, I recommend them to all my family and friends. Thank you!
Can't say enough about Dr. Bita. We all know how frustrating it could be to try and find a new dentist.... I'm so grateful I found her. Everything from the minute I walked in went really smooth. She went over treatment needed and explained everything to me. The staff was really friendly and everything was easy from the moment I got there. I highly recommend this office!
