Damage Restoration in Poway

I don’t often write reviews, but this one is well earned.
We discovered black mold and wet drywall in our home (the result of a plumbing leak in the wall). We called a few restoration companies. IRP was able to come out the same day. The work commenced immediately.
The project required fixing the plumbing, getting rid of the mold, replacing the drywall, replacing damaged floorboards and baseboards, removing and reinstalling a toilet, and repainting.
From start to finish, the IRP team did quality work, quickly and efficiently. All of the employees were friendly, courteous, and considerate. The IRP team was responsive to questions and concerns. Most importantly to me, less than 2 weeks after the discovery of the problem, the house was completely restored.
I have worked with a number of contractors over the years on home repair. My experience is that the repair usually takes double the time estimated. Mike’s team got this done in under the estimated time frame and were responsive to our need for urgency, and they did quality work.“
