Everyone that I worked with at California Funeral Alternatives was truly lovely and exceptionally helpful. They were always very prompt and responsive to emails and phone calls. Their knowledgeable associates were tremendously helpful with logistics as I was coordinating things after my mother’s passing from out of state.
Donna was very special and comforting to me understanding my tender heart after losing my husband. She helped me through the paperwork and explained the processo with cremation and afterwards. I felt genuinely cared for at the first visit and when I returned to retrieve my husband’s remains and death certificates. I really appreciated her kindness and tenderness.
Wow! Courtney was so kind and helpful. My Mom was very special to all of us and her passing was hard. I called asking about a Hindu ceremony. I was very stressed knowing it might add another layer of complication trying to find someone versed in Hindu funeral rights. Courtney recommended another funeral home who was able to help us!!! That level of service is unheard of nowadays and really touched me. Anyone who can make this horrible process a little (or A LOT easier in our case) is so special.
