A+++ for professionalism, responsiveness, being on-time, and going above and beyond to get the job done! As a business owner myself, I know I am more discerning than most people when it comes to the customer service experience. I called Arctic Air on an exceedingly hot day, and they were here within hours to diagnose the issue with my non-functional AC unit - and they went above and beyond to fix it properly which ended up saving me money (and valuable time) by not having to call a plumber.
