Our condenser was not starting/working, we called AirRight to come assess the problem. They fit my request right in and Enoch the technician (in my opinion an expert) was here within hours. He replaced a part that was inoperative, checked the refrigerant levels - noted they were low and ran other diagnostics. He was able to get it to work and gave us other options to fix the issues that might arise in the long term. Thank you very much Enoch for not just trying to get us to replace the whole condenser and evaporator, spending $$$$$ but actually taking the time to run diagnostics and do a root cause analysis.
