“I am late in writing this review. At the beginning of summer, this year, 2024, my A/C went out. I called Prosperity Air, I have used their services before. It was after hours and their receptionist, checked in and listened to my message and minutes later she returned my call. She gave me some suggestions to try and when those did not work she scheduled me an appt for the very next day. I was so great full. All in all they stayed until the job was done. The owner, Margarito, came out to let me know it will be fixed that day, he knew that my 92 yr old mom lives with me. I will continue to use and recommend Prosperity Air. The professionalism, respect and caring for their clients comfort starts at the receptionist , techs and the owner. Thank you prosperity Air from me and my family.“
