I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment and the staff was nice and helpful,gave me papers to fill up upon submitting took eye exam,weight and bp exams. Got sent to a room after the doctor was waiting did plenty exams and questions for a good 20-25 mins,very nice and professional attitude that’s why deserving a 5 star indeed. Thanks!

Although the Staff was Nice The Dr , I didn't Trust... This Dr Green! He asked me questions that didn't bother to let me ask him or didn't care for me to ask him any questions he said in regards to what the doctor put about open heart surgery but he didn't let me comment he was rude and cut me off because my cardiologist did recommend and said it was a possibility for open heart surgery and he recommended the pacemaker as well and on me being blind they didn't say I was blind I cannot see without my glasses everything is blurry to me he didn't care to hear about that as well Dr Green you're not right for not even letting me speak out or say anything about what you were saying!!!​

This place is a money scam for social security..Was there today and it was the most unprofessional medical facility I'd ever been to. The husband and wife team running the office looked like they lived there. Files were stored on the Patient exam table in the room that I was in.....Quite a disgusting facilityno ethics whatsoever...
