I have a bill from this company for $18.62, i spoke to Jecv. P employee number 1143475. she wasn't abled to help me, i was traying to login to their website pay my bill, she wanted me to pay over the phone with i didn't want to do. when i asked to talk to a manger she pot me on hold for over 2 hours, then i had to hang up.

Had a ultrasound on 4/13. The radiologist was not present and the person who did the ultrasound said he was running late. When she did the ultrasound she did not do it correctly. She could not find what she was supposed to check. She then said the person who checks my work is always late and is not here to see but to wait and see if he shows. 20 min later still not in. So I left and she did not even go over the area so see the object. Went to Hoag and they found it right away with ultrasound and compared to chart. I will never go there again. She was obviously not the qualified person as she stated "he checks her work". Really would not use this place if you are paying out of pocket. I paid for a radiologist and got the intern.
