I have been a patient of this office for a couple years now. Rating Mission City is difficult because for anyone with health issues that require attention, especially constant attention, this office is not sufficient. There is only one doctor who is physically present and only on Tuesdays. So when you need to see a doctor out of the blue in person, you can't. Just this factor alone should have been enough to make me switch. However

This place is right across from the hospital and you would need to take the elevator. The parking lot is full of humps so drive slow lol. I've came here for blood work (CBC) and seen a very good patient, competent, friendly doctor who just didn't give simple answers, he actually went in depth with all the details which was very surprising. He was not my regular doctor and even did zoom appointments during covid. I forgot his name, but he is an older Asian doctor. Recommend going to him in this facility. Very clean and nice staff with excellent customer service.

I had my first visit here this morning and the staff was very friendly. I can't remember the name of the Doctor, however, she told me she's the regional coordinator of the San Gabriel and Anaheim region. She was very friendly and was more than happy to answer all my questions. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you for a great expe
