This review pertains to the outstanding service & care I received from Kaur Family Dentistry in Plymouth, CA. Beginning with the Hygienist, Stacy, I felt she was thorough & pleasant to interact with. I didn't feel rushed, & the procedure ran smoothly & with ease. Moving on to the crown, I render a rave review for Dr. Nav who I immediately found to be gentle, forthright, a good listener, respectful, and of course highly skillful. I required additional anesthesia & that was given without question. Dr. Nav remained focused & goal-directed, all the while sharing in some fantastic humor that occurred between us during the procedure! Another observation regarding the office personnel as a whole is that there was a harmony & peaceful energy that they exuded. This helped enhance the dental experience which by nature, is not so pleasant at it's root!! (pun intended). Kamal, the Office Mgr. went beyond the call of duty to retrieve my crown from the lab so my process could be expedited (I come from out-of-town to this office & needed to get back home). He was extremely obliging & efficient! Both Dental Assistants, Sandy & Esmeralda, were skillful, gentle, attentive, & compassionate. I felt I was in good hands with them. Last, but not least was Sunny the Receptionist, who was a catalyst for all to run smoothly & efficiently. Her skill level in dentistry surpassed her Receptionist position, and I found her to be upbeat, enthusiastic, motivated & industrious! I live in Santa Cruz, CA & have chosen to keep this dental office for the reasons I've just elaborated on.
