I cannot express how happy i am with Arts services. He replaced our old AC and furnace last year and to this day when I call him he picks up and guides me through any questions I might have. This kind of honesty and service is very rare to find these days. Do not waste your time even getting an estimate from someone else because Art and his crew are worth it.

We recently had our furnace replaced by Arts Heating and Cooling Company. We were referred to the company by a family member. It was near closing time when I had left a voice message indicating my interest in discussing the matter. I was surprised that David immediately returned my call where we then set up an initial appointment. I was blown away with David’s knowledge and the amount of time he gave us explaining and suggesting different options and what to expect. I was lucky and glad that David was available when no one else was - early in the morning before the weekend of a big heatwave. He showed up on time (texted when he was close), diagnosed the problem quickly, and was able to resolve it and restore our condenser back to life. He gave an honest, up front opinion of the system, potential and existing issues, and never tried to upsell, acting professional the entire time.
