Onzone Heating and Cooling provides licensed AC repair, AC installation, heating repair, and 24/7 emergency HVAC service. The team is professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. Technicians arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and fixed the AC efficiently. They took the time to explain everything clearly and completed the job with high-quality work. The unit is now running perfectly. Customer service was outstanding from start to finish, with fair pricing and no surprises. In an urgent situation, the technicians were very prompt and came at exactly the committed time. They diagnosed and solved the problem, explaining what they were doing, and went one step more with a complimentary assessment of the furnace and helped with a filter replacement. They are very polite, professional, competent, and very reasonably priced. The quality of their work was excellent, and they made sure everything was working perfectly before they left. We had a great experience with Onzone heating and cooling. We had previously had another company check on our HVAC but they couldn't figure out the problem. Onzone team quickly figured out what was going on and fixed the issue. Our house is cool again! In addition, Onzone provided great customer service and were able to accommodate our schedule.
