We contracted with J. E. Moore to replace one of our nearly 30-year-old home A/C units with a heat pump. After discussing our needs, Jay (the business owner) quoted a Bosch system with heat pump and air handler. It was very competitively priced. The installation was done very professionally and without hicccups. Jay maintained frequent communication throughout the job and was diligent about following up with the City of Pleasanton to complete the inspection of the installation.I value the fact that the owner of the business was so involved in our project. It feels like Jay tries to control the number of jobs on his backlog so that he has time to interface with his customers and make sure there are no issues.I highly recommend J. E. Moore for any HVAC-related needs that you might have.

Recently replaced our 30 year old A/C and heating with a new heat pump system. Jay worked with us to get the right system for our house and at a fair price. Everything was as promised and on time.

Mother-In Law visiting, downstairs AC unit dies, early July in Livermore! Crisis right? Wrong, not while JE Moore Air Conditioning is around.I posted one ask on Yelp and within minutes I was chatting with James who helped me diagnose the problem.
