I have used them twice. I believe it was Augusto that came out both times. The second time he had a newbie.
Both were absolutely amazing. Being a senior, I'm hesitant to have any repair services done at my home due to past aggression and intimidation I've experienced in the past.
1) At my door 45mins after placing my call for service
2) They didn't mind me asking questions. Very thorough in explaining what was wrong and keeping me informed about any problems they encountered during the service.
3) Comfortable with them having access to different rooms unsupervised, etc.
