Overnight, I experienced two distinct plumbing issues. Many different companies received messages. The first to respond and arrive on time was grateful. Repair options were offered, which significantly improved the situation.
Over Labor Day weekend, the toilet needed to be replaced. Some even failed to answer our phones or even left a message saying they were closed. Peter was dispatched and reached his destination in less than an hour. He granted our request to have the item replaced even though a repair would have been sufficient. Peter left no evidence of his presence and was polite and respectful. He wore shoe covers in addition to being cooperative and wearing a mask.
