Hope explains everything she does as she does it to manage one's expectations. Really enjoy the pumpkin peel as it gradually exfoliate with minimal irritation and redness. Nice ambiance in her 2nd floor suite with great lighting, tunes and breezes. Highly recommend!

Hope is Amazing! She’s professional, super warm and friendly and really knows her stuff. She creates a calming environment and makes you feel welcomed and at ease. I’ve been a client of Hope’s for several years and have had facials and customized peels done by her. I have always loved the results and never experienced any bad after effects. I trust her completely for the care of my skin. She takes the time to explain everything; what to expect, what to do afterwards and importantly what not to do. Her prices are extremely reasonable! She is a real gem to the city of Concord. 5 stars all the way!!!

I came here for a touch-up and haircut with Aileen and left feeling so pampered and happy! Aileen assisted me from shampooing, coloring, wash, haircut to blowdry. I love it because usually other salons will divide up the work and you only end up with the main stylists for a small portion of the work. I appreciate having her undivided attention. My hair color came out perfect for the winter and the cut was beautiful! I was very happy with my color and cut. Thank you, Aileen!
