I received the gift certificate for a facial for my bday, and ive only had one other facial over 15-20yrs ago so i really didn’t know what to expect. Kim was amazing, communicative and educational. She explained why she was doing things, and how me doing this at home would help me reach my skin care goals. She even taught me how to use my new tool I bought! My favorite part of the facial was when she used a motorized brush on my face, it was so soothing, also enjoyed the mask THAT SHE CUSTOM MIXED JUST FOR MY FACE. 🤯
Which brings me to another thing I learned about Ms Evans, she’s a mixologist (I’m pretty sure that’s not the technical term🤪)…But the point is she can custom make ur skin masks, massage oil, and ladies foundation!! I’ve never been to a facility that does all of that.
***Context: some women have a hard time finding an “over the counter” foundation that truly matches their complexion and/or skin tone. So the fact that you can have it custom made @ 2gorjis is a game changer***
So all in all I’m over the moon impressed with 2gorjis Health & Wellness. I can’t wait to come back in 6-8wks for my follow up facials.. Thanx Kim

I have been going to this salon for well over ten years. Loretta is my stylist. I can honestly say her work is consistently excellent. I get my hair colored and trimmed every six weeks. I have referred many friends and colleagues over the years and they love her work just as much as I do. She knows her stuff and gives honest, helpful suggestions. I look forward to my Fridays in her salon. She is always welcoming & offers delicious baked goodies and refreshments. This salon is also immaculate & well furnished. In my opinion, you can't go wrong by going to this salon.

If you have thin fragile hair do not get the Brazilian blow out. I was told that it was for ALL hair types but my hair has been thinning way more ever since I had the treatment done in May. Not only is my hair falling out but my hair texture is not the same anymore. My hair is naturally thin but in the past few months it's been falling out more than usual. This treatment is supposed to last 3 months but my curls aren't back yet. The treatment made My hair extremely greasy as well. I do regret getting this treatment done. I don't think my hair type could withstand all the heat and chemicals that was put in my hair.

I drove all the way to Pleasant Hill from Walnut Creek because they were the only salon that takes walk-ins at 8am. Although, when I arrived, no one was there. Don't lie on yelp and say you open 8am when you don't. That is bad business practice.

Went yesterday to get a new cut and style, this time with Celeste. I have had problems in the past with every hairstylist except a few select. Each time they do not listen to me and cut off more than I asked for, which is why I have to get the courage up to try again. I figured this time I would carefully explain what I wanted. Hoping she would really listen to me. Well, it didn't work. I asked her to leave my hair longer than the picture and I was left with shorter than the picture. She showed me how much she would cut off but the end result was more. I was in shock when I left and said nothing. I like my long hair. It's my choice. I'm the paying customer and I should get what I want. I won't be back.

I got super lucky with no appointment and same day service with Caryn. I had been wearing 18 inch extensions for 11 years and one day saw some bald spots and thinning. I had to get the extensions out that day and a hair cut! Let me tell you my hair was bad ! All different lengths, fried and thin. I was really worried about losing length. I dont know how Caryn did it but she gave me cute short hair, btw I hate short hair on me - but she did an amazing job so that I can actually like my hair. She let me be crazy and worried and was calm and did her magic. She is extremely personable and quite frankly I just liked her a lot! I'll be back!

I have been going to Kim about a year now for facials and massages. I recently had the back facial. What a treat! Ladies (and gentlemen), this is a must to get that hard to reach area clean clean clean! Nobody else offers this treatment. When you are done, your back will feel like it's breathing!
