The Body Process is the MOST INCLUSIVE, the most adorable and beautiful space to practice pilates. The instructors are knowledgeable! I have been practicing what I thought was pilates for years, but boy was I wrong! Shoutout to Danielle P and Megan! This is woman-owned and I love the studio. I like a mix of taking privates and classes. I'm a loyal fan, forever!

I've been taking private sessions here since January and all of the instructors I've worked with (Danielle, Dayanara, Michelle) are wonderful. The one thing they have in common is their ability to meet me where I'm at without any judgement. Magen, the owner, is always kind and goes above and beyond to accommodate my schedule changes whenever possible. Privates happen at their new location off Centinela where parking is easy and the studio itself feels fresh, clean and intimate. I look forward to checking out the group classes at the studio on Culver soon!

I love the Body Process! My review is going to be mostly about my experience with the studio vibe itself since there are already lots of other accurate reviews talking about how amazing the workout and instructors are (it's true!) As a latina, I have struggled to find a workout community (specifically within the pilates world) where I feel like I belong/fit in/ and don't stick out like a sore thumb. I have done Lagree pilates before and wanted to find a more "traditional" pilates studio to compliment my workout routine. When I took my first couple of classes at The Body Process I was sooo pleasantly surprised at the diversity this gem attracts. All of the classes I have taken have had such a wide variety of students (ages, levels, sizes, ethnicities) that it truly felt like such a breath of fresh air to not feel awkward taking a class in a room filed with your "typical" idea of pilates clientele! Although this may not be important to some, it was so amazing to me and that's what keeps me coming to this studio! The instructors are awesome, but the community, simplicity, and unpretentiousness of it all are what make this studio such a safe space for EVERYONE. So if you feel hesitant to try out pilates because you're worried "you won't fit in" and/or you wanna try it out at a chill, welcoming, diverse environment, THIS is your place!
