“Our 2 story home is from 1986 in Lake Forest, CA. We bought it in 1997. Summer temperatures then where in the 80's. We never had to use the AC. Now summer temperatures are 90-105. We started using the AC a few years ago. The lower part got some cold function. The second story, after hours of running! Never. I had 2 companies coming to find the reason, but they said all is ok working. We even had a new exchanger put in a few years ago. Still too hot upstairs to go to sleep. Putting windows ac's in EACH of he bedrooms did cool them finally. Now the ac exchanger gave up. I got 4 estimates. Everyone was different with what they want to do. Because the system can not be repaired with putting in a new exchanger. Although the heater is working well, all has to be updated to 5Tons. Standard was 4tons then. Because the builder wanted to save money. So a complete new full system with heater, AC AND all new ducting in the Attic. One was even offering that we can do the ducting ourself to save money. Even then their pricing was almost double then what JR's offer was. And JR's was with doing the ducting by his company! He is the owner! He came with his team which is all by family members! All the other companies sent sale persons. Once you sign up you will never see them when the work begins. They sent guys to do the job. Thus I went with JR for this big 2 days job When they started they covered stairs and carpet and where awesome friendly and the most professional knowledge. Plus a big truck, full to the roof with all parts. And those they needed. All went well like in the movies. They ran a few times in other trouble which was our old house fault, and NEVER had to get parts from a store. Because they have everything with them. Now the big news: They exchanged all outlets in every room!!! I didn't expected that. Only because otherwise the result wouldn't that good if they left the original in he told me. For free!!!! Amazing company!!!! How does his AC system work? Frugging unbelievable good! The first time the house ever got cool since 30 years! Not just cool. We ran a test for a full hour and it got cold! So gold, while working on the computer,I had to go outside into the sun to warm myself up! Do yourself a favor and forget about anybody else. He is the real deal. How did I find him? I asked my neighbor and he was happy with him a decade ago. He is the best. BTW, two days later,He sent me a note , reminding me for the 20 years of warranty he gave.“
