I hired Diamond almost 8 years ago to rodent proof my house before selling it. If I’d known how painless they would make the process, I would have hired them much sooner! Fast forward 5 years and I realize I have unwelcome critters in my newly remodeled house. I cannot stand rodents so I didn’t hesitate to call Diamond. After all that time they remembered me and have been lovely to work with. Rodents are pesky and will find new ways in, but Andrew and his team continue to show up and uphold their warranty almost two years later. This is a family business so sometimes they get sick or have scheduling snafus, but they have always been apologetic and rescheduled ASAP.
