Ken was professional, quick and clean. I purchased a standing freezer which for whatever reason had two compressors go out within 2 years. Both times Aries came in diagnosed the problem and came back in about a week to make the repair. The problem is not always the technician, it's the complexity of the appliance and the lack of technicians coming into the business. Technicians are not magicians and do not just wave a magic wand to make a diagnosis or a repair. The newer an appliance the more complex it can be and the more you pay for an appliance that can do a lot of things the more that can go wrong. My experience was great, but it could have been bad at no fault of the technician.
I must not have had the same experience as the rest of the people that have reviewed here.After getting a hold of Maytag to confirm my warranty, they scheduled an appointment with Aries appliance services. Aries called the day before to confirm the time-slot, then the technician called me an hour prior to the appointment to give me a heads up that he’s on his way. They brought the part that the washer needed, and fixed it within 30 minutes. He was very courteous and even gave me advice on how to make my washer last longer.I wouldn’t hesitate to use these people again again. They gave me top-notch service!
Ken came and troubleshot a tricky problem with our KitchenAid Dual Microwave/Oven. He was professional, meticulous, and solved the issue in one visit! I would recommend without hesitation. Elizabeth was great with scheduling, and even got it done a day earlier than promised.
