I used to come here a lot before Annie left. Now I hear Hai is lo longer there. Ava does a good job but never sees you on time; she'll leave you waiting for 30 minutes before seeing you. My recent visit wasn't good, the lady working on my pedicure was farting like crazy...not even embarrassed (no shame). Then to top it off 2 other workers were fascinated by the height of my heels and started trying on my shoes! Totally gross! I had to disinfect them. Not a very sanitary place.

I've been to the other top line location and this one does look much older but the woman was so nice who did my lashes. Came here last minute since the person I had an appointment with somewhere else was sick. I was super hesitant to come but I love my lashes. Pros: my eyes are safe and my lashes are blended in since I have straight lashes. Also she did them long but natural and she was up front that she couldn't make it like the photo I showed her. Karin did a great job at understanding my concerns because I've had issues at the other location with people ripping off my lashes and I've had issues at other salons where I got a chemical burn. Lol not horrible, but definitely not the cleanest. I can understand not being perfect, but sanitation with tools should be basic stuff. I'm hoping I don't get any fungus after this. Prices aren't horrible, but I live in Pasadena and it's about the same ..maybe a little cheaper. Anyway they were quick but I also feel like she could've cleaned my cuticles better. 25 for a basic pedi, but I'd say worth 15.
