I walked in today unsure of my foundation shade and was immediately greeted by Layra! Her welcoming smile and positive energy made me feel comfortable enough to ask her for help and she went above and beyond to help me find the perfect shade match! Layra was also helping another lady before me and demonstrated her bilingual skills to ensure everyone was able to feel and look beautiful no matter the language barrier! My visit here at Ulta was phenomenal, as soon as I walked in with my sister, the staff were very nice and greeted us and helped my sister with her make up needs, shout out to April, she was very opened and nice and loved her overall vibe and her customer service, she helped my sister find what she's looking for and has great make up taste, would recommend anyone to her and everyone else since they're very nice and patient
