About Nailport Express
Nailport Express offers a good value with prices starting at $30 for a manicure and pedicure. While the work can be sloppy, with mistakes like cuts from nail clippers and crooked nail cuts, the staff is polite. The massage chairs are a plus, but the overall atmosphere can be noisy due to loud conversations. However, many clients report positive experiences with great customer service, wonderful jobs on pedicures, and reasonable prices. Technicians like Kim, who has been a favorite for many years, take their time to ensure quality work. Tammy is also praised for making clients feel comfortable, especially with eyebrow waxing. Overall, Nailport Express is appreciated for its accessibility inside Walmart and the kindness of its staff.
STOP! Please don’t ever come to this place. It’s just horrible, horrible service. The ugliest manicure , pedicure and even my eyebrows and lip had hairs that they didn’t wax correctly.. they over charged for gel . The sign they have up in the front that says special for mani and pedicure for $35 is a total lie. They insist for you to get gel so that they can charge more. Nail polish was chipping on both my hands and feet as I left that place.. I wish I would have saw the reviews of this place before even coming here. Just terrible!!! Do yourself a favor and avoid wasting your hard earned money on this crappy service..
They made me bleed and I wanted to tear up, they didn’t do a good job, but I get it the lady’s are old but they shouldn’t be doing nails cause they can hurt people, I was bleed for 20 minutes straight and after I got home I took them off
Staff is abrupt. They don't see people in order. I've given them three opportunities and have not been impressed at all. It's a decent shop and a convenient location but the staff doesn't seem very polished (pun intended).
