Their phlebotomy area where they draw blood is horrible. It’s on a first come first serve basis people are literally outside crowded waiting for it to open at 8 AM. Just wait long hours to be seen. Just to be told that when you sign up you get timeframe login and if it gets full, you’re not going to get seen that day. Good luck and good luck trying getting blood work other services. There are OK they’re decent, but it’s mostly their blood work area that sucks. They need to quickly fix that before an accident happens because people were fighting and arguing and cranky.
I have been using the Petaluma Health Center for many years now and have been delighted by the quality of their care and service. They are friendly, open, informative, well-trained, professional, and they get the job done effectively. I highly recommend their services.
