First of all, I have hypersensitive teeth. Due to that I don’t get cleanings done because it hurts. It had been 12 years since my last cleaning (I know, I know...). One can guess just how messed up my teeth were. We’re talking deep cleaning, crowns, and a filling. Not only is there pain for me but high anxiety that goes with this. I will tell you that this team (from the moment that I walk in to the moment that I walk home) is kind, professional, clean, caring, and comforting. They worked with my hypersensitivity and high anxiety. I highly recommend!! Ten stars to everyone!
I love Park Plaza Dental in Petaluma. Dr. Mona is a fantastic Dentist who always makes me feel comfortable with her gentle and caring demeanor. The staff is equally wonderful. Allie always greets me with a warm and friendly smile and Lizzy is the best hygienist. I am so well cared for by everyone at Park Plaza Dental!❤❤❤ I highly recommend it!!!
I am really very picky about who puts their hands in my mouth (aren’t we all?). I am so picky however, that I have driven 60 plus miles each way to a dentist for more than 25 years. When my previous dentist finally retired, I struggled to find a new dentist and kept putting it off. Then a random recommendation from a virtual stranger just somehow felt right and I decided to give Dr. Mahmoudi a try. Turned out to be a GREAT decision. I highly recommend Park Plaza Dental, Dr. Mahmoudi and her amazing staff. Everyone in this office, from the front office staff to Dr. Mahmoudi herself is professional and friendly. Every treatment option is thoroughly explained and the costs outlined in advance. They have been super helpful with insurance. And the follow up and communication from the whole office is absolutely the best. I could not be happier with my choice.
