I found Dr. Serrano and her associates to be very professional, as well as kind and genuinely concerned for my well being.The dental office is very nice, spacious and modern. I look forward to working with Dr. Serrano for all my dental needs.
I have been a patient of Dr. Serrano since she took over the practice. I have terrible dental anxiety and the team at Alma dental have been wonderful in that regard. Dr. Serrano is lovely and helps me adjust my dental routine to one that works for me. She and Renee are so understanding when they have done my fillings. They make sure I am comfortable with my light dimming glasses, a stress ball, and let me have my headphones in. I cannot recommend Alma dental enough.
Dr. Serrano replaced an old crown for me yesterday. I had a lot of trepidation going into the appointment, as my limited experience with crowns from a former dentist in SF was not pleasant. Happy to say this was a wonderfully painless experience! And absolutely no residual pain once the Novocain wore off. Bonus points to Dr. Serrano for explaining and showcasing the current technology for in-house, same-day design and production of my crown.
