I needed a new foot switch for my Dual Rectifier Roadster amp but Mesa's webstore wasn't working properly. I called them up and they had real people answering the phones who actually knew stuff. They acknowledged the webstore was malfunctioning so we did the purchase over the phone. A week later, my new foot switch showed up and it works like a charm. This was a refreshingly simple and old-fashioned interaction.
What's not to love lol. Really, though. I've been head over heels/borderline obsessed, with all things Mess, for the past 20+ years. It never occurred to me that you could actually call them, directly, and receive some absolutely priceless, helpful info, from them, till I decided one day, recently, out the blue, I decided to give it a shot. Brett, I'm pretty sure his name was, was fantastic. Super valuable info/advice. Not to mention, stellar communicative/customer service skills. Next level, top tier products, and people.
The best and only technician I would bring my Mesa Boogie amp to. Shane is an incredible electrical engineer. I brought my 30 year old Mess Boogie amp in for repair due to a faulty "B" channel. He did an excellent job in repairing it.
