I visited the shop to have my ukulele, recently fitted with a new L.R. Baggs 5.0 pickup, repaired as it was not functioning correctly. Anthony, an exceptional technician whose expertise was immediately apparent, meticulously examined the instrument and swiftly diagnosed the issue. In a gesture reflecting the store's exceptional customer service, he generously offered the repair free of charge. Amid the store's extensive selection of guitars, Anthony graciously conducted an impromptu tour, sharing his knowledgeable recommendations. His colleagues mirrored his kindness, patiently and thoughtfully addressing my beginner's questions with understanding and care. Reflecting on my experience, I wholeheartedly endorse the store as a destination worth traveling to - even if it requires an hour's drive, as it did for me. A heartfelt thank you to Anthony and the team, for their outstanding service!

This store is among the finest in the States, making it a must-visit for acoustic players! Chris has deep knowledge about vintage guitars, graciously allows you to explore an impressive range of high-end instruments, from vintage Martin Gibson to modern high end Collings, Martin CS.

Appreciate these guys at Tall Toad. We drop by once a year, they give you space to try things out, offer a tuner if needed, and when the time comes, offer a great price, especially on the consignment instruments. Bought an Eastman there a couple years back and still look forward to the yearly visit.
