The hospital boasts a clean, comfortable, and efficient facility. The lobby and exam rooms are always clean and tidy. Staff, including the vet, vet techs, and front desk personnel, are praised for their helpfulness, knowledge, and willingness to answer questions patiently. The vet techs and the doctors are all great. Central Animal Hospital's commitment to excellent service extends to accommodating appointments that fit pet owners' schedules. They offer an online pharmacy and a phone app.
Darryl was the first person I spoke with when I called initially to inquire about CAH. He immediately made me feel at ease and didn’t pressure me to make an appointment for my , as he gave me an opportunity to first visit CAH’s website to read the bios of the veterinarians. When my husband and I brought Lilo to CAH, Darryl was very friendly and made us feel welcome. When we met with Dr. Atkin and her assistant (I’m sorry I don’t remember her name), Lilo didn’t even feel afraid. She went to them right away and felt comfortable. We LOVE Central Animal Hospital! The doctors are knowledgeable, kind, compassionate, caring. I can say the exact same about the staff. They remember you, your pet and interact with both. We love them!
I’ve been bringing my crew of critters to CAH for 10yrs. The front desk staff are always friendly and helpful. They offer an online pharmacy and a phone app. The lobby and exam rooms are always clean and tidy. The vet techs and the doctors are all great. A special shout out to Dr Atkin and Dr Helms who see my crew regularly. They are both top notch doctors with a practical and caring approach to their patients. A fond farewell to Dr Carter who recently retired. Central Animal Hospital is the best of the best!
