I switched to Brandner Clinic after a pretty awful experience with another local Petaluma practice. I am incredibly impressed with how quietly this office is! I call and the phone is answered, I am not put on hold. I ask for an appointment and one is available within days, not weeks. I get follow up messages checking in on pets following a visit. I am almost speechless! Such a change from my prior experience!! And I am most impressed with the thoroughness of the veterinarian’s care. My elder dog has a long and complex history and Dr Castro took the time to read it all before moving forward with suggestions for care. Impressive!

Very attentive. The doctor is very thorough in his exam and the staff equally so. I was shown how to medicate my rabbit by one of the nurses, and she was very patient with me and made sure I understood what to do. As I left, the receptionist made sure I understood the correct dosages.

— I appreciate the extra steps taken to accommodate my rambunctious pup, (in particular, the side door).— It is comforting to me to have the same doctor each visit - the continuity is reassuring. Also that the doctor and vet tech know my dog from her shelter days.
