“Paul Is in a wheelchair and recovering from two back surgeries. He is dependent on a transport van service. He has been going to Paso Robles’s Physical Therapy and had a late afternoon appointment. There was some miscommunication with the Ride on transport service and Paul was left there sitting out in the parking lot by himself. Since it was after hours, we were both calling the company, but there was no answer. They were closed for the day. Paul’s physical therapist Alyson loaded both Paul and his wheelchair into her car. It was the first time he had been in a car in seven months and she brought him home. It was the end of her working day and she could have just gone home. Instead Alyson showed Care and compassion and took on the responsibility of ensuring that Paul got home safely. She went above and beyond. We are so thankful and grateful to Alyson for being so responsible. She is a great therapist and is a great help to Paul.“

“I believe massages are a component of self-care and balance. But, you never know how it will turn out since it's really based on the skill of the masseuse and cleanliness of the establishment. He's Spa is conveniently located and clean. What made my visit memorable was the masseuse who was experienced, applied good pressure, and was thorough. Recommended as a stress reliever to loosen tight muscles. You will leave feeling better than when you walked in.“

“I’ve been going to Jasina (@stankohair) for over 10 years and I truly wouldn’t trust anyone else with my hair. She absolutely nails it every single time. No matter what idea I bring in whether it’s a subtle change or a complete 180, she brings it to life better than I imagined. She’s incredibly talented, professional, and makes you feel completely comfortable from the moment you walk in. I constantly get compliments on my hair everywhere I go. “Went to Paso for the first time for my high school bestie's bachelorette! She wanted to relax at the spa and I was skeptical to get a treatment because I don't like massages. I'm a bit sensitive. I checked out their services online and read reviews here on Yelp before confirming a Tired/Strained Leg Treatment. Best decision ever! I originally chose the Signature Spa Foot Treatment but read that it's mainly just a foot/leg rub/wash done in the meditation room. The strained leg treatment is done in an actual massage room and I wanted to get the full experience. TJ (Tina Jo) was my therapist and I will choose her again and again if I ever venture back to Paso! This woman is absolutely amazing! I was expecting minimal talking as indicated on the waiver but TJ and I had a full on conversation during the 60 min treatment. I was so there for that! She made me feel at ease and it was like talking to a friend. The massage was very relaxing and I did have plenty of calming quiet moments while she got all those knots and strains out of my lower body. She used to be a personal trainer and is so knowledgeable about joints, muscles, and mechanics of the body. I was surprised my mind even thought back to my days as a kid. It really is a therapeutic experience and for me, I'm totally fine talking during most of it as long as the therapist is an excellent, genuine conversationalist (and I'm not super stressed to the point I need to move/work out to get rid of bad vibes). One downside is I was allergic to the complimentary foot soak at the start of the visit. Arrive early to soak your feet in the meditation room. They use hot water and sprinkle in some Epsom Salt. For some reason, my heels started itching like mad even though I've used that kind of salt plenty of times in the past. I tried to wash them off in the restroom. Staff was incredibly sweet and got me a new soak of hot water and sudsy Dawn soap before switching over to plain hot water for rinsing. I felt much better and my feet were completely back to normal after TJ's treatment. They also provide comfy white sandals to walk in after the soak. Water and hot AVEDA tea offered as refreshments too. Absolutely loved my first spa experience! Thank you so much to TJ and staff at The Spa Central Coast! I totally went to Just Baked three times in the same weekend after TJ recommended them.“

“Conveniently located to support the lake community is a plus. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable people here as well! I go here for physical therapy and my therapist Emily is not only pretty but smart too!! ? (inside joke) But seriously I come in with my cocky attitude and she steps it up to challenge me making my physical therapy the best I’ve ever experienced. Yes, it’s challenging and strenuous to perform simple movements that make me sweat and sometimes almost cry because tears are just weakness leaving the body; but it is worth it because I don’t feel pain when I get out of bed or when I sit/stand for long periods of time. I’ve watched Emily in action with other clients and she is top notch in my book. Her explanations have relatable teachings for all ages to improve mechanics for recovery. I honestly wouldn’t want to go anywhere else so it saddens me to say that we will be moving. This facility will be one place I will miss the most.“

“I have having sciatica with sudden onset. The pain was so bad that I woke up with night sweats and twice the two nights before. The pain was so bad that I considered what it would be like not to have the effected leg and just use crutches.I had met Helena at a health event months before so I had Helena in my crosshairs.One session and my pain is gone. I am just working on a lingering limp (probably just muscle memory) and Helena gave me tips on posture, standing and sitting technique.I would highly recommend!!“

Great bedside manner, clean office, professional, didn’t have to wait too long for an appointment, and most of all knew how to adjust me and relieve my symptoms. Definitely found my chiro.
