I believe massages are a component of self-care and balance. But, you never know how it will turn out since it's really based on the skill of the masseuse and cleanliness of the establishment. He's Spa is conveniently located and clean. What made my visit memorable was the masseuse who was experienced, applied good pressure, and was thorough. Recommended as a stress reliever to loosen tight muscles. You will leave feeling better than when you walked in.
