Conveniently located to support the lake community is a plus. Clean, friendly and knowledgeable people here as well! I go here for physical therapy and my therapist Emily is not only pretty but smart too!! ? (inside joke) But seriously I come in with my cocky attitude and she steps it up to challenge me making my physical therapy the best I’ve ever experienced. Yes, it’s challenging and strenuous to perform simple movements that make me sweat and sometimes almost cry because tears are just weakness leaving the body; but it is worth it because I don’t feel pain when I get out of bed or when I sit/stand for long periods of time. Excellent customer service. Clean and beautiful facility. Knowledgeable staff and owners. The owners take time to personally meet with all their members to ensure an excellent gym and wellness experience. Best in the area hands down.

Wendy treats you like a patient and listens to you like a friend and knows your needs and every visit I've had she knows what to do and gives me pain relief where I need it most. I do recommend for you to give her and her team a try you won't be dissapointed!
