I needed a carpet cleaner asap and Glen made it happen. Very professional and courteous. I was incredibly impressed how he saved a bedroom carpet that had pee stains and smelled - it looks almost brand new. Highly recommend!

Quick turnaround time and excellent quality of work. Glen cleaned the tiles & grout throughout my house and the tile practically looks new. I am impressed with the outcome of my tile floors.

I was able to get an appointment to get my carpets cleaned within a day of contacting Carpet Klean (never was my expectation, but it definitely was nice!). Glenn gave me a quote prior to arrival, and when he finished, he actually lowered the quote a little, perhaps because I miscommunicated about there being pet stains, which there weren't. I appreciated that honesty. I felt the price was very fair for the amount and quality of work that was done. My carpets look and feel fantastic, the experience was hassle free and professional.
