Horrible service. I called and told them that I was moving in and wasn't positive what cleaning would be required. They arrived on site and quoted $360 for cleaning bathtubs, cabinets, ceiling fan, and tops of appliances. They didn't clean the cabinets with more than a wipe, didn't clean the top of the appliances, didn't clean the bathrooms well, etc. They said they'd be here until 7pm and left early. I had them come back and they refused to clean the other bathroom to my face and blamed me for poor expectations, when I didn't choose the quote, they did! The previous tenants of our rental house had cats and after they cleaned our carpets, one room smelled worse than it did before. I called to see if they offered any kind of follow up service for instances like this (Because most do) but was told I would have to pay full price because they are located in Morro Bay and to try baking soda to get the smell out. When you google them it says they are located in Paso Robles which is why I called them to begin with. I also called about another room that had one spot that wouldn’t dry for days and turned into a stain.
