I have lived in Pasadena for over a decade, and walked in on a whim due to my curiosity, as well as by request of my girlfriend who just so happened to have a pair of shoes to repair. The speed and focus of the repairman was beyond comparison. A craftsman who was polite is hard to find nowadays. I can’t recommend this shop enough.

First time there and experience couldn't ha e been better. Excellent workmaship , pride in work and a lot of experience. Will recommend and return in future. My shoes look brand new.

Absolutely amazing customer service! I had a completely worn out heel on a pair of short Thursday boots and they were able to fix it quickly and for a good price! They did an amazing job, the new heel is done very well and it is much more comfortable to wear!
