Showed up at 8am to drop off some dresses to be cleaned and a skirt to be altered. The door was locked, I figured maybe someone was running late so I waited. I could see a woman inside and she kept looking at me. We made eye contact several times but she never came to even explain why they weren’t open. After 15 minutes of waiting outside I had to leave before I was late to work.

Omg they suck and are SO careless. This is the only dry cleaners I've been using since moving to Pasadena more than 10 years ago. I took my cleaning I've been holding onto for many months finally. It was the most horrendous experience. It took forever to process 3 items of clothing. On top of that idiotic woman who helped me charged my credit card twice after asking for my credit 3 times only to discover there was no paper in the machine. She said she canceled out the extra charge but it looks like I got charged twice for her stupidity. Now I have to return to fix this situation. In search of a good dry, reliable, friendly and responsible dry cleaners. Any suggestions?

I have been patronizing this cleaner for many years. They used to be good. Unfortunately, in the past year their work has been abominable. First they ruined/shrank a very expensive cashmere sweater for which they compensated me with store credit equivalent to less than 1/3 the cost of the sweater. I thought perhaps that was a one-time accident, so I was forgiving. Then some months later, when I had a designer knit sweater set cleaned---discovered they had torn a huge hole in the front of the shell and attempted to re-stitch it, leaving an ugly welt and puckered garment.
