I went to physical therapy and they did the same thing they did before show me a couple exercises no new appointment. I told them I tried this before and I do the exercises they suggest and I need to try something new and they said no if it didn't work before, maybe it'll work this time, try to expect a different result physical Therapy is a joker and I love Physical Therapy Ritos Help
I switched from the sunset branch to the Pasadena one because the service is SOOOOOO much better, but today I had a terrible experience. It's rare that I have a bad experience at foothill Kaiser, but today I had to go to urgent care because my ear and jaw were in excruciating pain. The doctor that saw me came in like I was wasting his time. Never introduced himself, or made eye contact and almost strangled me with the cord of the ear exam tool because he wasn't paying attention, and didn't apologize. He didn't explain anything, kept using medical terms like he was somehow more important, and was just awful. I thought I was only getting 1 medication, he prescribed 3, didn't explain. The poor nurse (who was amazing! Love nurses) had to explain and because one of the medications is an eye/ear drop combo, there are no instructions on how to administer it for the ear, so I didn't know if I had to lay down and take the meds, or stand, and what if it doesn't stay in, or clog my ear? I understand that the doctors see a lot of patients, but Foothill kaiser has never been this bad. Kaiser has a revolving door practice, which is why I left the sunset Kaiser and switched, but this was ridiculous, all while being in immense pain.
On July 12, 2024, I visited Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena, California, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Diana, the receptionist. Her welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. I came in to address a few concerns that I needed clarity on from a medical procedure I had on July 3, 2024. The professionalism and care shown by the entire staff were incredible. Robert, the LVN, took my blood pressure and was courteous and efficient. His professionalism contributed greatly to my comfort during the visit. Dr. Chris Aghayan was outstanding. He was not only professional but also genuinely caring and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the necessary care with great attentiveness. Thank you so much, Doctor Aghayan, you ROCK sir!! The entire visit, from the moment I walked in to the moment I was serviced and left, took no more than 30 minutes. The efficiency and quality of care provided at this location are commendable. I highly recommend the Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena for anyone needing urgent medical attention. The staff, from reception to the medical professionals, is phenomenal.
