I took my kitten to Vetco and overall had a good experience. The wait was longer than expected but the staff was patient, kind, and gentle with him which really put me at ease as a pet parent. Once we were seen, the visit went smoothly. They explained everything clearly and handled him with care. Definitely coming back and would recommend Vetco to anyone with pets.
The vet techs and veterinarians at this location are super kind, patient, knowledgeable, and attentive. It’s clean and welcoming, helping my dog feel more comfortable. Whether I have a question or worry big or small, they respond empathetically.
We’re always really happy with Vetco. The technicians and staff are super friendly and always treat my dog Ollie so well whenever we come in for vaccines. When my dog got hurt, they also helped change his bandages and were so patient, gentle, and sweet with him.
We have the Premium Vital Care plan and honestly, if you visit often, I totally recommend it — you’ll definitely save some money. ??
