I have to say that from the moment I was contacted by Erick, he did everything he could to expedite my problem. Booked an appointment with a plumber for the next day and Alex was prompt and efficient and considerate to not make or leave a mess. I have a new water heater and am beyond thrilled with my experience with Super Duper Pros. I highly recommend them.

First off the technician, Alex came by, was very professional for the booties to make sure he didn’t damage the inside flooring very conscious and kind person was getting a look at the pipes in the floor and he went to town doing his best to get me covered under warranty and educating me on the process along the way had a very cool conversation with him about personal hobbies And he still found a way to knock the job out pretty quick. Will definitely use again 10 out of 10 and kudos to Alex super cool super kind nice and professional Technician
