I’m a member here and I LOVE it. The new owner, Gabby, has a heart of gold and is making the transition from SpaceBAR to Renew as seamless as possible. The staff is so great, and they really take care of you. It’s a lovely community and the modalities are life-changing! GO!

A place for all of your wellness!! Ranging from coffee and smoothies to lymphatic drainage and float therapy and even a gym that never closes. This business has float therapy, red light, ice baths, saunas. Contrast therapy, compression, deep tissue massage therapist, and great staff! It is the only place in Pasadena that offers all these services. Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone! And the owner, Gabby is AMAZING!!! She’s the cherry on top of this business
