Went here for the first time today. I was happy with my pedicure. Eyebrow wax was good. The only issue I had was that i was quoted a certain price over the phone for the services. Then, halfway through the pedicure, they told me they went up on their prices. In my opinion, a good integral company would honor the prices that were given over the phone. They said they've been around for 20 years plus. Being where they are, i hope they aren't doing this to every customer, hoping they'd just go along with overpaying. Based on principle and the fact that there are a ton of other nail spas in town, I will not be returning.

Nikki is hands down the best at acrylics! If you aren't happy, she wants you to tell her more of less of what you need. She's always on time with her appts and the good convo is a plus!
