I brought a friends dog in while they were out of town. The hospital is very clean and the staff is knowledgeable and polite. The veterinarian was kind and straight forward. The dog was a bit scared and the staff took great care of her. The reason I gave four stars out of five, is that the interior is lacking some of the more modern amenities and features that animal hospitals I've visited else where have and offer.

The worst. Don’t trust this vet. I did and my dog died as a result. Go somewhere else. Anywhere else. These people have no common sense.

I brought my Frenchie here for his exam and last set of vaccines. He was treated with so much love. Elena and Paola in the front desk are wonderful! Elena was thorough on what my pup needed and passed along all my questions to the vet before speaking with him. I will be bringing him here for his care.

We recently moved to the area, and needed a veterinarian hospital for our pets. From the first visit we were treated very well. The staff and Drs are very kind, helpful and knowledgeable. We gladly recommend Sierra Madre Animal hospital to all pet owners

Charlie Brown recently got neutered here & I couldn't be happier ! Elena was so nice & helpful throughout the whole process, she made me feel like I can trust them with my boy. My other body had teeth removal previously and I had the same experience ! Now my boy is running around like nothing happened ! Thank you for taking care of my boy !

Took my yorkipoo for an ear infection. Turns out it was allergies. Got a same day appt by calling to check cancellations. Doctor also drained a small cyst and gave him a shot for allergies. In and out in less than 30 mins. The only thing I don't like about this office is the front desk staff. I sometimes get a friendly voice or interaction, but most days--like yesterday, they customer service is lacking. There's no warmth or care. You're just someone with a sick pet. Really. This young girl had no emotion or touch of care. Get them in. Get them out. I stopped going because of this lack of people skill at reception. It's hard enough dealing with a sick pet. A friendly interaction could help. So, vet services gets 5 stars. Front office staff--depends who's on duty. The vet tech was fantastic. He was thorough and explained the steps of the visit since the doctor was recovering from surgery. In all, I'd say this is a good vet. Just don't expect a warm interaction from the front office.
