My son had worn them to a school dance and they came home quite filthy (food stains, another girl’s makeup, etc.) and this place got it all out. They were reasonably priced, turned the items around quickly, and gave me a discount for my first visit as well. Everyone I encountered was friendly, and it’s sparkling clean inside. They have their own parking lot as well so drop off and pick up was easy. Highly recommend!“

“I love this place and have been coming here for several years now. Arroyo Cleaners is my one-stop neighborhood shop for dry-cleaning, ironing, repairs and alterations. They do an excellent job with every item. Stacy and her husband are lovely people, extremely nice, polite, and respectful. They are very hardworking and they always do their absolute best for you. In addition, they are completely upfront and transparent about what they and their business can or can't do. I appreciate that quality of honesty. It helps me save time and money. If you have questions about how a service is priced, they can answer all your questions and are very transparent about it. Like many businesses, they outsource some services to other service providers who have certain specialties or limitations. If their outside service providers have limitations, they always let you know. Additionally, if you do a comparison of their prices with other similar businesses, their prices are often lower for the same job. They are very responsive. If you have a concern, they are very interested in hearing it. They always want to do their best for you, so I treat them with that level of gratitude and politeness whenever I have any concerns, questions, or issues about any of the items or services. I am open about having concerns, I don't expect them to read my mind. They are very easy to deal with. Our conversations are always efficient, productive, pleasant, and professional. For example, they will tell you if something will be more expensive than you anticipated, and they will also tell you why. For instance, sometimes items are extremely heavy, or extremely dirty, or the job is very complicated, and they will tell you all the reasons why that might factor into price. It's common sense. So I always bring all my dry cleaning here, as well as regular ironing. I bring my tailoring and repairs. Stacy is knowledgeable and can give me her professional advice on what I should do and whether she can help me. I feel she is not only a professional, but also a neighbor and a part of my community. A good thing that happened recently when I brought her a tattered piece of clothing and I asked her if she thought I should have it repaired. She was very wise and told me she thought it might not be worth the expense. Things like this are why I am a loyal happy customer.“
