It's amazing that we can get our whole genomes sequenced these days. There is a lot of information provided on the website and it was a little overwhelming at first. However, having a Sequencing coaching session made the results so much more useful; it helped me prioritize what to focus on and make sense of my data. Having my whole genome sequenced is a resource that will continue to provide value for the rest of my life.
